UK Mainland (England, Scotland & Wales) Delivery Only
Please note that we only deliver to mainland UK (England, Scotland and Wales). We do not accept orders or, deliver outside of these areas.
NOTICE: We are currently experiencing high order volumes and deliveries may be slightly delayed.
Courier Service: DPD
- Orders which are placed before 14.00 Monday-Thursday will generally be delivered on a next day service.
- Orders placed Friday/Saturday/Sunday or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day. For delivery on a next day service.
Notification: Once we have picked and packed your order, a DPD consignment number will be assigned to your order. You will then receive an email confirmation with the DPD consignment number which you can track via their website or, if you download the DPD app from the Apple App Store or, Google Playstore you will receive notifications directly from DPD on your delivery.

DPD will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier’s first visit they may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain). A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If there is no safe place a calling card will be left with the courier’s contact number to arrange re-delivery.
DPD will attempt re-delivery up to a maximum of three (3) times and if delivery is not successful after the third attempt they will return the goods to us and we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to re-charge the delivery cost for re-delivery.
